Vein problems
suggested by Nashira

Varicose veins, spider veins and hemroids are all related to a lack of rutin in ones diet. One of the best natural sources for rutin is buckwheat. You can get raw, untoasted buckwheat groats and soak them overnight in some water. Rinse well and dehydrate them in dehydrator or low heat oven until crunchy. Very good on salads. Or you can take your soaked/rinsed buckwheat and mix it in the food processor with cocoa powder, maples syrup, vanila and a pinch of sea salt. Pour the much onto parchment paper and dry in the oven on low heat or dehydrate in dehydrator. This makes a crunchy sweet cerial good for snacking or for breakfast with milk (raw milk is best). Or you can go to health food store and buy a rutin suppliment.
