I've been told to eliminate or reduce dairy products and meat. I switched to soy and almond milk and had very little meat and noticed a big improvement. Godo posture and exercise are key. As soon as the posture goes,the pain returns.

Sit erect on a chair with both the foot resting on the floor. Keep your palms on your knees with head down (Chin on your chest). Up your head slowly while inhaling through rolled tongue till the end and bring back the head while exhaling through the nose slowly. Repeat this for 5 or 6 times will give great relief.

try lying on the floor on your back. elongate yourself with hands on the floor over your head. this gives the back a great stretch if you suffer backache due to bad posture. then try pulling your knees to your chest while on lying on the floor on your back. this will give the lower back a good stretch.
