Saturated oils or Unsaturated Oils?

Be aware of the necessary balance of Omega 3 and 6 in unsaturated fats. The range should be as close as possible to 1 : 2 (3-6). Olive oil is not good for frying, it is damaged by heat. Better use Coconut oil, a medium chain fatty acid that though saturated does not get deposited but is used as energy. Has no need of LDL cholesterol to be transported and will therefore require less to be made by your liver. Stay away from any statin drugs since they do a very poor job of preventing heart disease and the little good they do can be done cheaper with an aspirin, with fewer complications. Anybody who is not convinced yet of the serious health issues connected with statin drugs would do well to check out the Thincs website (.org). These are not amateurs or health quacks, but concerned doctors and scientists. The secret to solving arteriosis problems is in the prevention of free radicals in your system. Transfats are among the worst, but milk protein is a close second. Consisting of more than 80% casein (glue) it has probably done more damage than anything else. Of course it always smart to limit fats from animal sources.

 

Stroke Prevention

In addition to eating right, exercising and quitting smoking, now you can do a simple exercise to prevent strokes. The exercise: Take a chair, now lean your head forward until it rests on your chest, now lean your head back as far as it will go. Start with 10 repetitions and work up to 50 a day. If you're elderly or haven't exercised in a while avoid this exercise as the neck is very fragile. This exercise opens up blood flow to the brain preventing Stroke. It also works on those with poor eyesight, so use it for eyesight as well. Dr. Remedy!

Heaviness in the left side of the chest,hypertension usually 140/90 after taking medicines. It was felt 80 to 90 % blocking in the mid vessel. No obesity, no smoking , nondiabetic, aged 59 completed.
