Natural cures for sinus infection
what can I use to help burning inside my nose from a sinus infection?

I hear that if you put organic Xylitol crystals (it's like sugar) and add clean water to make a nasal wash, it has the antibacterial power to stop the infection and even stop some pneumonias (as a spray). That's what I 'hear'. Organic E oil (like Jason) should soothe the pain otherwise.
