Health advice on spondylolysis
Im 43 yrs old woman.I have spondylolysis,bone spurs in my neck.This is accompanied by osteoarthritis.Ive continuous pain in my neck and shoulder.My left albow is also hurting.Advise some home remedies.

A friend of mine uses Emu oil which can be very expensive but he swears by it. Also he uses Blue Emu which is a topical cream. For temporary relief try absorbine Jr. or a new product, Activ On.
