Health advice and treatment for frequent urination and vaginal discharge

Many women tend to have excess vaginal discharges at varying times in their menstrual cycles--and this may be normal.  Vaginal discharges do not need to have a link to sexual activity, although some women find a change in a sexual partner may trigger vaginitis.  It would be helpful for you to consult a trained health care provider who could provide the necessary tests to determine whether or not you have an inflammation or infection.


  Common causes of vaginitis are bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection.  These are very easily treated by changing the vaginal pH, providing more "friendly bacteria" with probiotics and some appropriate supplements.
