Constipation Remedy

Wheat bran.  You can purchase it over the internet cheaper.  you can make a milk shake with a banana and 1 or 2 tablespoons of the wheat bran in the blender, drink with a straw.


  it is good it will work it make take a couple three days if you are bad. 
It is a natural food and will not hurt you but will give the fiber you need. 

You can also buy it at a feed store.


  They feed it to horses.  Make sure it does not have any bugs in it.
