I have studied hair loss .And when you lose hair in patches like that. I would take bach flowers.
Start out with rescue remedy. Then I would start to brush my hair in a forward motion. Use a brush that feels good.
That will thicken the hair you have left. And use a protein shampoo to keep the hair that you have strong.
