Cure for headaches
What can I do if I have a really bad headache.During headaches I am sensitive to light and noise,also it throbbing really hard.

You could try applying a mask of fresh ground clay or fresh sandalwood paste on the forehead. Let it dry before washing off. Clay and sandalwood are thought to have a cooling effect which might benefit you.
Gently massaging your temples and brow with your fingers could ease the throbbing pain.
