Premature graying of hair, rough skin and low weight are all indications that your diet is lacking vital nutrients. Excessive stress and strain can also be the causes of all your problems.

With the advancement in age, hair tends to lose their color.

However if your hair are graying prematurely, it definitely is a cause for worry. Mental worries are the most common cause of premature graying hair. Stress causes extraordinary tension in the scalp of a person.

The irritation of the scalp prevents vital nutrients from being absorbed and the health of the hair suffers. However that’s not the only cause. Premature graying is also caused by a faulty diet. The deficiency of vitamins and minerals hinder the production of melanin. Melanin is the pigment that gives the hair its back color.

Indian gooseberry is known to be the best remedy for bringing back life into hair. It also stops graying and helps the hair regains its original sheen and color. Take the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Remove the seed. Dry the pieces in sun for a day or two and then put it into coconut oil. Boil the oil till it starts to thicken and becomes dark. The solid matter becomes dusty. Apply this oil in your hair and leave it overnight. Next day use a mild shampoo to remove the oil.

Try to avoid putting harsh chemicals in your hair. If your hair is sensitive, it will only be further damaged by dyes and hair colors. Try to keep your remedies as natural as possible and give special attention to your diet.

For improving your skin texture, take in a lot of vitamin C, E and A. To improve the texture of your skin, eat a lot of citrus fruits. Also start taking cod liver oil. Cod liver oil is rich in many vitamins, especially vitamin E that makes the skin supple.

Get some sandalwood powder and mix rosewater in it to make a paste. Apply a thick layer of the paste on your face everyday. Leave for fifteen minutes till it dries up and starts getting caked. Wash off with a soft washcloth or a soft sponge. The sandalwood powder soothes the skin and polishes it, removing tan. The rosewater balances and replenishes moisture. It acts like a toner and refreshes the skin to make it look fresh and youthful.

Make your own beauty routine and follow it religiously. Every morning, after your bath, soak a cotton ball in raw milk and wipe your face with it. Raw milk acts as a cleanser and cleans all your skin pores. After that daub another piece of cotton in rosewater and rub it all over your face and neck. The rosewater acts as a toner and refreshes the skin. Use a sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 20 to moisturize your face and protect it from ultra violet rays.
