Baker’s cyst, is also referred to as Bursitis. Bursa is a sac, filled with fluid, seen proecting the ligaments, muscles and tendons. Inflammation of the bursa is called bursitis. Try reducing the movement of the affected joint. Try a new footwear, if it is on your feet. Asprin or ibuprofen is recommended under a physician's guidance. An ice pack proves beneficial. A heating pad or hot pack is also an effective remedy.
