I fell a few years ago and turned my foot upside. Since then I have a bone spur (a bony bump) on top of my foot. Suggest remedies for the bone spur and make my feet and legs more flexible and prone to healing?

Ice packs and warm compress are very helpful in healing the inflammation cause due to bone spur. Try both and follow which is more effective for you.
The pigment in turmeric – curcumin is very useful in treating bone spurs. Take 1000mg of curcumin 3 times a day preferably on empty stomach.
Gently massage the foot with tea tree oil to reduce pain and inflammation and to make your feet more flexible.
Wear comfortable footwear to avoid further strain on your foot.
