Nasal congestion can sometimes be reduced by using saline irrigation (nasal lavage) using a Neti pot or bulb syringe. Also, you might consider steam inhalation, with or without a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil or camphor. Often hydrotherapy poultices (3 min.
hot/30 sec. cold x 3) can help reduce sinus congestion. To "cure" you need to identify the cause--respiratory allergies, food sensitivities, structural anomalies, etc. Seek the advice of a trained health care professional to help determine the cause of your congestion.

Firstly eliminate milk and milk products from your diet, try this for at least one month. Then apply a hot compress to the back of your neck before giving the back of your neck a firm and deep massage. You may also soak your feet in a bowl of hot water, rub your feet dry and wear woolen socks before you go to bed each night. Checkout the pranayama regime advocated by Swami Ramdev on google - this will clear your nose.
