Remedy to treat thrush

This is a fairly common condition in infants due to an undeveloped immune system and in geriatric patients due to a weakened immune system.  The first line of therapy would be to obtain some high quality probiotic powder, and double the dose.  The person can put the powder in some water, dissolve and "hold and swish" the water around their mouth before swallowing--several times daily.


 The probiotics will "crowd out" the yeast with friendly bacteria.  Also, immune supportive therapies such as castor oil packs, dry skin brushing, and ending the shower with a cool water spray may be helpful.  Ensure the person is drinking plenty of pure/filtered water daily to aid elimination.
