Hip bursitis alternative cures

A bursa is nothing but a tiny sack filled with fluid. Located by the joints in your body, the bursa ensures that there is a smooth movement between the bones and the tendons in your body. When this tiny sack is inflamed, the condition is referred to as bursitis. Bursitis usually affects the hip, ankle, shoulder and elbow in the human body.

You may have noticed a pain in your hip, a pain that gets worse when you move your body. There could also be some swelling, redness around the area and even a burning sensation. The easiest remedy is applying an icepack on the bursitis. This will help bring down any swelling and give you relief from the pain. You can also soak a cloth in a bowl of mullein tea and apply this to the affected area. An application of lobelia oil will also help you prevent any kind of stiffness in the joint.  In addition to this you will need to give your hip some time to recover. Ensure that you lie down for most of the day. You can keep changing the ice in the ice pack, in order to ensure that your swelling goes down. You can also mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of honey and drink this.
